Why does the Claim link open Deluxe for me?
The buttons now lead to the sister brand, SilverSands Deluxe. If you came looking for the original SilverSands, don't take an old coupon along and assume it'll work. Deluxe's welcome code here is SIGNUP100.
What should I do if I copied SSFR400 already?
Put it aside while you're considering Deluxe. SSFR400 belongs to the original SilverSands casino. The secondary codes section explains its own wagering and cashout conditions.
Does 15x mean fifteen times my bonus alone?
No, your deposit goes into the calculation too. For example, R100 deposited plus R100 matched equals R200. Applying the 15 multiplier to R200 brings your qualifying wagering target to R3,000. Don't mistake that target for guaranteed winnings.
Can I add CRYPTO100 after selecting SIGNUP100?
You can't combine the promotions. Decide which offer suits you before the first deposit. CRYPTO100 has its own R1,000 match cap and its own terms to read.
Can this website look into a missing payment?
We can't access casino accounts. Take the transaction reference to casino support and explain what you expected to see. Don't send us your password or payment documents.
What if the link has not finished loading?
The transition page has a Continue now link if its automatic step doesn't work. Avoid making repeated deposits if the delay happens later at the cashier; check your account first.
Do I need an app to try Deluxe?
For phone play at Deluxe, no download is needed. Expand the terms so you can read them comfortably on the smaller screen. You still need to understand the bonus before accepting it.
